Keston Road - Project 2
Adding a generous new master suite to elevate this beautiful family home and reconfiguring the first floor to optimise its layout.
When planning was approved for Keston Road - Project 1, we were approached by neighbours down the street who knew they wanted to work with us. While they said "We want this too" and these terraced houses and the space that could be generated were similar, these clients had a completely different use in mind for their new loft. So we created a generous and beautiful master suite providing a gorgeous and serene sanctuary for these busy young parents at the top of their home. We reworked the first floor so it delivered the best lay out for its new occupants with an extra shower room. We designed in plenty of ventilation and air conditioning to make these spaces as comfortable as possible.
A quiet refurbishment: the back of the house re-planned around a new kitchen, services and finishes brought up to date, and rooms upstairs returned to good proportions.
