The brief
The clients wanted to grow into their Peckham home rather than move out of it. They needed a fourth bedroom with an en-suite, and storage that would actually work for family life.
The approach
An L-shaped dormer was carefully sized to sit below the existing ridge, with bespoke joinery either side of the bed to absorb storage. Daylight is borrowed from a quiet rear rooflight, keeping the new space calm.
