Tired 3-bed terrace → calm, light-filled family home with a generous kitchen-living-dining space.
The owners had bought a long, narrow Victorian terrace in Telegraph Hill that no longer worked for daily family life. The kitchen felt cut off from the garden, the layout was tight, and the upper floors needed re-planning to make room for a growing family.
We re-planned the ground floor around a single sweeping kitchen-dining-living space that opens onto the garden through a wide glazed wall. Material choices were kept restrained, pale timber, soft white walls, and crisp joinery, so the original brickwork and proportions remain the loudest voice in the room.
